The Uniting Church Synod Mission Resource Fund offers $5,000 one-off seed funding for new "missional gatherings". These grants are awarded quarterly for initiatives that bring a group of people together for an ongoing intentional activity that is intentionally and explicitly connected to a uniting church congregation. If your church is conducting regular ecological outreach activities e.g. film nights, discussion groups, bushwalks, outdoor worship with people outside the church, this grant could help you.
